And ten days of these things at quite high dosage is a little off-putting even if they do work.

I think that there’s an ease in this because, as discussed previously, there’s no fretting over what the other person is thinking about the children’s behaviour, or whether or not I’m focusing too much on the other person to their detriment. It all sort of gets wiped away when the other person is their dad! :D
